At https://kvyio.com, operated by VEKODO LTD, we want you and your feline friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene reasons, items that have been heavily used by pets (e.g., used beds or chewed toys) may not be eligible for a return unless they arrived damaged.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@kvyio.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the costs of shipping a replacement.
4. How to Start a Return To start a return, you can contact us at contact@kvyio.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Return Shipping Costs Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
